1. Processing Time

All orders are sent to our fulfillment centers for dispatch within 2–3 business days after the order is placed.

  • Note: During holidays or high-demand seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize a Global Fulfillment Network to ship your items from the warehouse closest to your location whenever possible to ensure the fastest delivery.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at crestmanorstore@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with our fulfillment partners to provide a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.

6. Multiple Shipments

Please note that if you order different types of products (e.g., a T-shirt and a non-printed accessory), they may be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra cost to you.
