1. 14-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Crest Manor purchase. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for most items.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• Items marked as "Custom Made" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns (see Section 2).

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Please note that many of our apparel and lifestyle products are created specifically for you upon order.

• These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

• We strongly encourage you to review the Size Charts provided on each product page before checkout.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right immediately.

• Please contact us at crestmanorstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return for a non-custom item, please contact us at crestmanorstore@gmail.com.

• Return Shipping: For standard returns (not involving damage/errors), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
